Photos

Your photos are deleted as soon as your book is delivered. We never keep them or use them to train AI.

We use a photo only to make the colouring page you ordered. Original uploads and the working drawings are deleted as soon as the book is delivered or the order is refunded. If you do not pay, the upload and the preview are deleted within 24 hours of the order being started. The PDF stays available from the download link for 7 days by default, then that file is deleted too. After that we keep order details only: the child's name, your email, the pack, the price, and the payment reference.

We do not use photos to train our own models, and we do not sell them. When OpenAI is configured, each photo is sent to the image edit endpoint for that page only. We do not use the provider's file-storage or batch APIs. In demo mode the drawing is done on our server and the photo is not sent anywhere.

What else we collect

The name printed on the cover, your email, and the fact that you confirmed you have permission to use the photos. Card numbers are handled by Stripe. We do not store them. Email is sent through Loops when that is configured, and we ask Loops not to add you to a marketing audience.

Children

The customer is the adult placing the order. We ask only for the child's name, so it can go on the cover.
